Speaking of official accounts, I have to complain that some of them are worthless, mostly clickbait and advertisement accounts on the internet. After the autumn recruitment ended, I unfollowed them one by one, and the world became much quieter!
Nowcoder - Collect interview experiences and view interview processes#
There is a lot of valuable information on Nowcoder, such as interview experiences. I highly recommend searching for the interview experiences of a specific company on Nowcoder before interviewing with that company. There is a chance you will encounter similar questions. I have personally encountered this several times, and it has proven to be effective to cram at the last minute if done correctly.
Maimai - Check the company's reputation#
There is a significant difference between departments within companies. Maimai's main user group is employees, so it provides a better understanding of the company and department you are joining compared to Nowcoder. However, Maimai can be quite negative, as every company has its detractors. So, take it with a grain of salt and approach the viewpoints with a dialectical mindset.
offershow - Compare salaries#
Compare salaries only after receiving an offer. Checking it every day will only affect your mindset and have no real effect.

Look for niche companies with good benefits (mainly state-owned enterprises).

Major university career websites#
I recommend only looking at platforms equal to or greater than your own university's platform. You can use RSS to actively subscribe to the daily updates of these websites.

WeChat Groups
Join one or two valuable WeChat groups, quality over quantity. It can be a departmental employment group or one with valuable information. You can also create a small group for autumn recruitment with a few good friends to vent, share information, which is quite good. The long job search process is tough and needs a release valve. Of course, choosing to be a self-media contributor is also great.
Avoid groups that are full of advertisements or selling courses, with hundreds or thousands of people and zero value.
Tips: Make a table while casually browsing, jot down the units you are interested in (mainly state-owned enterprises, as there is overwhelming information about internet companies when they are recruiting), to avoid missing out on applications.
